By using Art of Shop ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Art of Shop is a shopping list application that allows you to create, manage, and share shopping lists. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (shopping lists, items). By sharing a list with other users, you grant them permission to view and edit that list.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated tools to access the app without permission

Shared Lists

When you share a list, all members can add, edit, and remove items. You are responsible for choosing who you share your lists with. We are not responsible for actions taken by other users on shared lists.

Availability

We strive to keep the app available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
